We want you to be happy with your purchase from Teramasu.com.
Designer Jewelry Orders (Online Purchases Only)
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you can return it to us for a Full Refund, Store Credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery. You can return your order for a Store Credit or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Store Credit works just like cash and never expires. You will be issued a Gift Card by Email. All returned items must be in their original packaging with the tags attached and be in new, unworn condition., and in original box packaging.
If there are any damages or defects with your items when you receive them, please contact us within 3 days of receipt, so that we can enter damage claim with delivery service if damaged in transit.
Designer Jewelry Guarantee (Online Purchases Only)
Designed to be a keepsake you will treasure for a lifetime. We know you will treat your Teramasu Designer Jewelry like the keepsake it is and we have designed it to last. We are so confident that it will be your treasured heirloom, we have a 2 year guarantee. If for any reason your Jewelry breaks, just return all of the components and we will repair or replace your Jewelry.
Please contact us for a return label with your return request and include your email and order number to receive a return authorization. Returns must have a Return Authorization Number issued by Teramasu.com to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Non Designer Jewelry Items
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you can return it to us for a Store Credit or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Store Credit works just like cash and never expires. You will be issued a Gift Card by Email. All returned items must be in their original packaging with the tags attached and be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition.
If there are any damages or defects with your items when you receive them, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. If you fail to contact us within 24 hours, we may not be able to provide a replacement. Please note that we can only replace damaged items with the same size and color.
Please contact us with your return request and include your email and order number to receive a return authorization. Returns must have a Return Authorization Number issued by Teramasu.com to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds & Credits
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, your refund or credit(non jewelry items as stated above) will be processed, and for refunds a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 4-5 days after items have been received back for the refund to be processed.
